A exatid\u00e3o dos testes r\u00e1pidos varia em fun\u00e7\u00e3o dos sintomas. Estes indicadores mudam com o estado de carga (SoC), a agita\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a carga e a descarga, a temperatura e o tempo de armazenamento. Um teste r\u00e1pido deve ter a capacidade de distinguir entre uma bateria boa que est\u00e1 parcialmente carregada e uma bateria fraca que est\u00e1 totalmente carregada. Ambas as variantes proporcionam tempos de funcionamento semelhantes nas m\u00e3os do utilizador, mas t\u00eam n\u00edveis de desempenho diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma an\u00e1lise de desempenho muito utilizada \u00e9 a contagem coulombiana, na qual s\u00e3o medidas as energias de entrada e sa\u00edda. A contagem de Coulomb remonta a 250 anos, quando Charles-Augustin de Coulomb estabeleceu pela primeira vez a \"Regra de Coulomb\". Elegante no conceito, mas a contagem de Coulomb tem o seu pr\u00f3prio problema, pois perde precis\u00e3o quando a bateria \u00e9 carregada e descarregada aleatoriamente. A estimativa do estado de sa\u00fade (SoH) por uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o digital est\u00e1 incompleta sem incluir tamb\u00e9m a bateria qu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O principal indicador de sa\u00fade de uma bateria \u00e9&nbsp;<em>capacidade<\/em>. A capacidade representa o armazenamento de energia, uma qualidade que se desvanece gradual e permanentemente com o uso. Outras carater\u00edsticas respons\u00e1veis pelo SoH s\u00e3o a resist\u00eancia interna que regula a corrente de carga e&nbsp;<em>auto-descarga<\/em>&nbsp;que examina a integridade mec\u00e2nica. Todas as tr\u00eas carater\u00edsticas devem ser cumpridas para que uma bateria seja considerada saud\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A estimativa da capacidade da bateria qu\u00edmica em tempo real \u00e9 mais complexa. N\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel estimar a capacidade.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Ensaio \u00f3hmico<\/strong><\/td><td>Mede a resist\u00eancia interna da bateria para verificar as carater\u00edsticas de carga e identificar condi\u00e7\u00f5es de falha. As leituras de resist\u00eancia n\u00e3o est\u00e3o correlacionadas com a capacidade. O teste \u00f3hmico \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m conhecido como teste de imped\u00e2ncia (Z).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Ciclo completo<\/strong><\/td><td>L\u00ea a capacidade da bateria qu\u00edmica com um ciclo de carga\/descarga\/carga. Um algoritmo de filtragem patenteado estabelece o SoC exato; a contagem de coulomb estima a capacidade da bateria.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e9todos de teste r\u00e1pido<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nenhum teste \u00fanico pode captar todos os indicadores de sa\u00fade de uma bateria. Muitos dispositivos de teste r\u00e1pido analisam apenas a tens\u00e3o e a resist\u00eancia interna. Embora a perda de capacidade de uma bateria de NiCd ou NiMH que esteja a desvanecer-se possa estar correlacionada com o aumento da resist\u00eancia interna, esta rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 menos evidente nas baterias de l\u00edtio e de chumbo. Anunciar a estimativa da capacidade com um aparelho de teste que apenas mede a tens\u00e3o e a resist\u00eancia interna pode ser enganador. Confunde a ind\u00fastria, levando-a a acreditar que \u00e9 poss\u00edvel obter resultados complexos com m\u00e9todos simplistas. Os instrumentos baseados na resist\u00eancia identificam, de facto, uma bateria que est\u00e1 a morrer ou morta, mas o utilizador tamb\u00e9m o faz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma bateria \u00e9 um dispositivo reativo e o m\u00e9todo pelo qual as medi\u00e7\u00f5es de resist\u00eancia s\u00e3o efectuadas \u00e9 importante. Uma medi\u00e7\u00e3o DC analisa os valores resistivos puros, enquanto a AC inclui componentes reactivos que fornecem informa\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais.&nbsp;<strong>Figura 1<\/strong>&nbsp;representa a imped\u00e2ncia de uma bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio boa e de uma bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio desvanecida quando analisada com AC de 0,1Hz a 1kHz. N\u00e3o existe um tamanho adequado para todos e as assinaturas variam consoante o tamanho e o tipo de bateria. Os resultados s\u00e3o ainda mais distorcidos pelos n\u00edveis de SoC, agita\u00e7\u00e3o e temperatura. Os laborat\u00f3rios da Cadex descobriram ainda diferen\u00e7as na forma como as baterias s\u00e3o envelhecidas. O que \u00e9 mais intrigante \u00e9 por que o envelhecimento natural produz assinaturas diferentes do envelhecimento artificial feito em c\u00e2maras ambientais com regimes de teste fixos. Este comportamento semelhante ao humano partilha semelhan\u00e7as com a longevidade das pessoas que vivem em diferentes regi\u00f5es do mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Cadex \u00e9 pioneira em v\u00e1rios m\u00e9todos de teste r\u00e1pido. Estes s\u00e3o&nbsp;<em>Modelo espec\u00edfico de sele\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida, resposta din\u00e2mica eletroqu\u00edmica e espetroscopia de imped\u00e2ncia eletroqu\u00edmica (EIS)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sele\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida de modelos espec\u00edficos (QSMS)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A QSMS observa diferen\u00e7as nos valores resistivos quando avalia uma bateria com m\u00e9todos DC e AC. Por exemplo, a resist\u00eancia do i\u00e3o de l\u00edtio numa c\u00e9lula 18650 \u00e9 de cerca de 110mOhm com medi\u00e7\u00e3o DC e aproximadamente 36mOhm com um sinal AC de 1.000Hz. A varia\u00e7\u00e3o entre as duas leituras fornece informa\u00e7\u00f5es de desempenho quando comparadas com par\u00e2metros espec\u00edficos da bateria que s\u00e3o armazenados numa tabela de pesquisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O algoritmo \u00e9 relativamente simples e o tempo de teste \u00e9 curto, mas a log\u00edstica de criar os par\u00e2metros derivados de baterias boas, marginais e pobres aumenta a complexidade. O QSMS \u00e9 um dos v\u00e1rios m\u00e9todos de teste r\u00e1pido que a Cadex desenvolveu para classificar as baterias de telem\u00f3veis em tempo real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resposta din\u00e2mica eletroqu\u00edmica (EDR)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O EDR mede a mobilidade do fluxo de i\u00f5es entre os el\u00e9ctrodos, aplicando impulsos de carga e avaliando o tempo de resposta no ataque e na recupera\u00e7\u00e3o. Fonte: Cadex Electronics<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O coeficiente de difus\u00e3o do i\u00e3o de l\u00edtio difere de acordo com o material ativo e os aditivos do eletr\u00f3lito utilizados. O EDR foi desenvolvido pela Cadex para testar rapidamente uma vasta gama de baterias de telem\u00f3veis. A tecnologia est\u00e1 agora a ser desenvolvida para testar baterias maiores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Espectroscopia de Imped\u00e2ncia Eletroqu\u00edmica (EIS)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O EIS eleva os testes r\u00e1pidos a um n\u00edvel de complexidade mais elevado, digitalizando uma bateria com v\u00e1rias frequ\u00eancias para gerar um gr\u00e1fico de Nyquist. A informa\u00e7\u00e3o Nyquist \u00e9 ent\u00e3o sobreposta a modelos electroqu\u00edmicos que permitem a estimativa da capacidade, CCA e SoC de forma n\u00e3o invasiva. O tempo de teste t\u00edpico \u00e9 de 15 segundos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O gr\u00e1fico de Nyquist tem o nome de&nbsp;<em>Harry Nyquist<\/em>&nbsp;(1889-1976), um antigo engenheiro dos Laborat\u00f3rios Bell. Apresenta a resposta em frequ\u00eancia de um sistema linear atrav\u00e9s da visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da amplitude e do \u00e2ngulo de fase num \u00fanico gr\u00e1fico, utilizando a frequ\u00eancia como par\u00e2metro. O eixo horizontal x revela a imped\u00e2ncia real de Ohm, enquanto o eixo vertical y representa a imped\u00e2ncia imagin\u00e1ria. Baterias maiores requerem frequ\u00eancias mais baixas.<br><sup>Fonte: Cadex<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao analisar uma bateria de quilohertz a milihertz, o campo de migra\u00e7\u00e3o revela qualidades resistivas de uma bateria que representa uma vis\u00e3o panor\u00e2mica da paisagem. Encontram-se carater\u00edsticas valiosas na gama de frequ\u00eancias m\u00e9dias denominada Transfer\u00eancia de Carga. Este dom\u00ednio important\u00edssimo forma um semic\u00edrculo que representa a cin\u00e9tica da bateria que fornece refer\u00eancias SoH. A gama baixa, designada por Difus\u00e3o, inclui informa\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais relacionadas com a capacidade, mas requer tempos de ensaio longos. O tamanho da bateria orienta a frequ\u00eancia; quanto maior for a bateria em amperes-hora, menor ser\u00e1 a frequ\u00eancia aplicada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um teste r\u00e1pido deve durar de alguns segundos a n\u00e3o mais de 5 minutos, mas a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de frequ\u00eancias ultrabaixas prolonga o tempo. Por exemplo, a um milihertz (mHz), um ciclo demora 1.000 segundos, ou 16 minutos, e s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios v\u00e1rios pontos de dados para completar a an\u00e1lise. As dura\u00e7\u00f5es dos testes podem muitas vezes ser encurtadas com uma simula\u00e7\u00e3o de software inteligente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A an\u00e1lise de Nyquist \u00e9 adequada para testar baterias \u00e0 base de l\u00edtio e chumbo. A espetroscopia de imped\u00e2ncia eletroqu\u00edmica multi-modelo, ou Spectro\u2122 da Cadex, \u00e9 a primeira aplica\u00e7\u00e3o baseada em EIS que estima a capacidade da bateria. A capacidade \u00e9 o principal indicador de sa\u00fade; o CCA de uma bateria de arranque refere-se \u00e0 resist\u00eancia interna da bateria que \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelo arranque do motor. Numa bateria bem conservada, o CCA mant\u00e9m-se elevado, enquanto a capacidade diminui gradualmente com a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Um \"n\u00e3o arranque\" ocorre quando a capacidade desce abaixo de um n\u00edvel de capacidade necess\u00e1rio para p\u00f4r o motor a funcionar. Para evitar surpresas, uma bateria de arranque deve ser substitu\u00edda quando a capacidade desce para 40 por cento. A vantagem da estimativa de capacidade tamb\u00e9m se torna clara nesta aplica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Analisador de pilhas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O termo \"parser\" tem sido usado na tecnologia de computadores para descrever o recebimento e a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de dados instrucionais. A Cadex utiliza este termo para definir a capacidade da bateria, estabelecendo o SoC exato com um algoritmo propriet\u00e1rio (patente pendente) e contando depois os coulombs que \"preenchem\" o espa\u00e7o dispon\u00edvel da bateria. O per\u00edodo de carga deve ser suficientemente longo para obter boas leituras. Os resultados laboratoriais na Cadex mostram uma maior precis\u00e3o da capacidade com o analisador de baterias do que o que \u00e9 t\u00edpico com a contagem de coulomb n\u00e3o calibrada de uma bateria inteligente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O analisador de baterias utiliza algoritmos avan\u00e7ados de aprendizagem autom\u00e1tica, que ser\u00e3o integrados nos carregadores de baterias modernos para proporcionar um controlo de qualidade das baterias. Esta integra\u00e7\u00e3o promover\u00e1 o carregador num sistema de supervis\u00e3o sem log\u00edstica adicional e com um custo suplementar reduzido.
