As Zambia’s first local professional battery manufacturing enterprise, Airumi New Energy is committed to ensuring that every vehicle, household, and business can “access good batteries and afford good batteries,” providing efficient, environmentally friendly, and reliable energy solutions for the African market. The company not only upholds stringent standards for product quality—defined by the five rigorous criteria of “testing, touching, weighing, inspecting, and verifying”—but also places great emphasis on compliance management and localization practices in its operations, actively building a healthy and sustainable business ecosystem. It has already established partnerships with numerous channel partners, creating a sales network that covers all of Zambia and is gradually expanding to neighboring countries.

The training featured Mwape Machaya and Temwani Banda, two lawyers from Equitas Legal Practitioners, as the main speakers. The session focused on eight common practical scenarios in business operations, including contract signing, debt handling, authorized representation, and fraud prevention. Drawing on local Zambian laws such as the Partnership Act, Companies Act, Criminal Code, and Cyber Security Act, the lawyers systematically explained key compliance points and risk prevention measures in the sales process.
